Why Does The Sanitary Centrifugal Pump Always Break Down?
1. Sanitary centrifugal pumps need to be disassembled and cleaned regularly.
Due to the direction of rotation of the sanitary centrifugal pump and the nature of the impurities, a small part will remain in the pump, and impurities are easily trapped between the turbine chamber and the rotor stator. These dirt will reduce the water flow of the water pump, increase the operating temperature, and increase the noise.
Therefore, it is recommended to clean the sanitary centrifugal pump once a month, open the protective cover, remove the turbine, rotor and shaft, and thoroughly clean the inside. For the surface or dead corners, you can use a used toothbrush to clean it.
2. Do not install the sanitary centrifugal pump too close to the sand.
Some people like to install the sanitary centrifugal pump close to the bottom, thinking that the dirt will be pumped out completely. In fact, this is meaningless. As long as the water pump is circulating, the dirt will be pumped into the filter with the water flow.
Also, do not let the water outlet of the sanitary centrifugal pump face obstacles too close, and do not deliberately block the water outlet or half of it, as these practices will shorten the service life of the sanitary centrifugal pump.
