The single screw pump is a new type of pump that works on the principle of rotary meshing positive displacement. The main working parts are the eccentric screw (rotor) and the fixed bushing (stator). Due to the special geometric shape of the two parts, they form separate sealed chambers. The medium flows evenly from the axial direction, the internal flow velocity is low, the volume remains unchanged, and the pressure is stable, so there will be no eddy current and agitation. The output pressure of each stage of the pump is 0.6MPa, the head is 60m (clean water), and the self-priming height is generally above 6m. Because the stator is made of a variety of elastic materials, this pump is suitable for conveying high-viscosity fluids, and can also convey materials containing hard suspended particles or fiber media. It has characteristics that general pumps cannot handle. Its flow rate is proportional to the speed, and the flow rate can be adjusted by adjusting the speed.
