Flange Y-Type Filter

[Filter] is an indispensable device on the pipeline for conveying medium. It is usually installed at the inlet end of pressure reducing valve, pressure relief valve, water level valve or other equipment to remove impurities in the medium to protect the normal use of valves and equipment. When the fluid enters the filter cartridge with a filter screen of a certain specification, its impurities are blocked, and the clean filtrate is discharged from the filter outlet. When cleaning is required, just take out the detachable filter screen, treat it and reinstall it. Therefore, it is extremely convenient to use and maintain.

[Filter selection] ① Inlet and outlet diameters: In principle, the inlet and outlet diameters of the filter should not be smaller than the inlet diameter of the matching pump, and are generally consistent with the diameter of the inlet pipeline. ② Nominal pressure: Determine the pressure level of the filter according to the high pressure that may occur in the filter pipeline. ③ Selection of the number of holes: Mainly consider the particle size of impurities to be intercepted, which is determined according to the process requirements of the medium flow. You can directly ask our company for the particle size that can be intercepted by various specifications of filter screens. ④ Filter material: The material of the filter is generally selected to be the same as the material of the process pipeline to which it is connected. For different service conditions, you can consider choosing filters made of cast iron, carbon steel, low alloy steel or stainless steel.

Generally, the water-permeable net is 18-30 mesh/cm2, the ventilation net is 40-100 mesh/cm2, and the oil-permeable net is 100-300 mesh/cm2.
