1. The Y-type filter is a small device for removing solids from liquids. It can protect the normal operation of compressors, pumps and other equipment and instruments, and stabilize the process and ensure safety. In addition, the Y-type filter is also of great significance to improving product quality.
2. The Y-type filter is used in conjunction with valves and other main equipment in the pipeline, and can also be used alone in the pipeline. The medium in the pipeline first enters the filter, passes through the filter screen, and then enters the connecting valve and pipeline, while the debris remains in the filter barrel.
Y-type filter is an indispensable device for the pipeline system of conveying medium. It is usually installed at the inlet of pressure reducing valve, pressure relief valve, water level valve or other equipment to remove the substances in the medium to protect the normal use of valves and equipment. The filter has the characteristics of advanced structure, small resistance and convenient sewage discharge. Applicable media are water, oil and gas. Generally, the water mesh is 18-30 mesh/cm2, the ventilation mesh is 40-100 mesh cm2, and the oil mesh is 100-480 mesh/cm2. The filter can be made according to user requirements.
1. The Y-type filter has an advanced structure, small resistance, convenient flushing and fast flow, so the pressure loss is small, the pollution resistance is strong, and the slag is convenient.
2. The Y-type pull rod telescopic filter consists of a Y-type filter and a telescopic joint. It is usually installed at the inlet of valves and other major equipment to facilitate cleaning of debris and installation and disassembly to protect valves or equipment and normal use.
The thread can be produced according to BSPT, BSP, NPT, DIN259/2999.
