Product Overview:

J941H/Y, J941W electric stop valve and flange gate valve are valves of the same type, consisting of an electric actuator or pneumatic actuator and a stop valve. The difference is that its closing part is a valve body, which rotates around the center line of the valve body to open and close. Gate valves are mainly used in pipelines to cut off, distribute and change the flow direction of the medium. It is a new type of valve that has been widely used in recent years.

Structural features:

(1) Carefully selected materials meet relevant domestic and foreign standards, with reasonable structure and beautiful appearance.

(2) The valve disc and valve seat sealing surface are made of iron-based alloy cladding or Stellite cobalt-based hard alloy cladding, which has good wear resistance, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, abrasion resistance and long service life.

(3) The valve stem has good corrosion resistance and abrasion resistance after quenching and tempering and surface nitriding.

(4) Various piping flange standards and flange sealing surface types can be used to meet various engineering needs and user requirements.

(5) The valve body material variety is complete, and the packing and gasket can be reasonably selected according to the actual working conditions or user requirements, which can be applied to various pressure, temperature and medium conditions. (6) The

inverted seal is made of threaded connection sealing seat or body cladding austenitic stainless steel, which has reliable sealing. The packing can be replaced without stopping the machine, which is convenient and fast and does not affect the operation of the system.

(7) It is equipped with a DZW series multi-rotation electric device, which has a small housing, light weight, full functions, and can be used in conjunction with a remote computer. The electric device can also be selected according to user requirements.
